Early Termination Policy

 At Coogle aircon, we value our customers and strive to provide consistent, reliable, and affordable air conditioning maintenance services. However, in the event of an early termination of a service contract, the following terms shall apply:

1. Early Termination Notice
   Customers who wish to terminate their servicing contract before the agreed completion date must provide a written notice to Coogle aircon at least 30 days in advance.

2. Administrative Fee
   An administration fee of SGD $50.00 will be charged to cover processing, scheduling adjustments, and related administrative costs.
   This fee is non-refundable and payable upon confirmation of contract termination.

3. Service Charges and Refunds
   In the event of early termination, any servicing sessions that have already been rendered will be charged at the standard (non-package) rate.
   Refunds for any remaining prepaid sessions will be calculated after deducting the applicable fees for previously completed sessions and the administrative fee.

4. Refunds and Outstanding Balance

   • Any prepaid servicing sessions that have not been utilized will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, after deducting the $50 administrative fee.

   • If there are outstanding payments for completed services, these must be settled in full prior to termination.

5. Acknowledgment
   By engaging Coogle aircon for a service contract, the customer agrees to the terms stated in this Early Termination Policy.
