A Chemical Overhaul is a complete deep-clean restoration for indoor aircon units suffering from weak airflow, leaking water, or poor cooling performance. The unit is fully dismantled from the wall, allowing our technicians to soak, flush, and sanitise every major component — including the evaporator coil, blower wheel, drain pan, and filters — using safe, non-corrosive cleaning solutions.

This process removes stubborn dirt, mould, and bacteria that standard chemical washes cannot reach. After rinsing to neutral pH and reassembling the unit, we test cooling performance and drainage to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
